OVERVIEW
Role: Company Co-Ordinator
Contract: Flexible Hours contract
Salary: £26,000 pro rata / £5200 per annum / £100 per week
Hours: 8 hours per week, inclusive of breaks
Responsible to: Creative Producer, Executive Director
SUMMARY
A combination of Company Administrator and Outreach & Participation Co-Ordinator, this is an opportunity to join the core team at Relish Theatre, to support the company’s development over the next few years.
This is a part-time position, with the goal to expand the role over time.
The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day running of Relish Theatre’s administration and outreach communications. This role is for anyone based in the UK.

This role is due to start on Monday 3rd July 2023.
Duties & Responsibilities
GENERAL
Attend a weekly teams meeting with the Creative Producer and Executive Director
Monitor main company inbox (info@relishtheatre.net)
Monitor company Google Drive
Monitor company calendar
FINANCIAL
Compile weekly invoices and receipts onto Google Drive
File all weekly payments on Quickbooks
Compile a report of monthly expenditure to send to Executive Director
MARKETING
Send a bi-weekly newsletter to our mailing list, informing them of upcoming Relish projects news, opportunities or any of our partners shows and/or projects
Design, write and schedule engaging content on our social media channels (working towards three posts a week)
OUTREACH| COFFEE AND A CREATIVE CATCH-UP
Schedule a weekly Zoom meeting for our Coffee and a Creative Catch-Up participants
Send a weekly email reminder to participants, with meeting link and working notes, via our mailing list
OUTREACH | WRITERS NETWORK
With our Creative Producer and Executive Director, support the design of a series of (monthly, quarterly) two hour workshop sessions for our Writers Network
Lead communications on contacting workshop facilitators to help lead the Writers Network, and scheduling these sessions with them
Schedule a (monthly, quarterly?) Zoom meeting for our Writers Network, and email the meeting invitation, workshop topic and any supporting notes to participants
Send follow up emails to Writers Network, with any workshop notes and feedback forms
Be the point of contact for our Writers Network, to answer any questions they may have about the workshop sessions
OUTREACH | IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS
Lead communications with partner venues, to schedule our series of Relish Theatre workshops
Liaise with workshop facilitators, and schedule workshops with them, including booking any travel and/or accommodation
Send invoices, workshop notes and feedback forms to partner venues upon completion of the workshop
LONG TERM PROJECTS
File and/or delete any outstanding emails from the inbox
File and/or delete any outstanding items in the Google Drive - General Management folder
Support the Creative Producer in improving company social media presence and engagement
Support the Creative Producer in data harvesting from projects to aid evaluations and long-term monitoring of activity
Support the Executive Director in streamlining company overheads, and updating company inventory
Personal Specification
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience of financial management and filing
Experience of social media marketing, and knowledge and experience of designing, writing and scheduling content for Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
Access to personal computer for working
Good personable attitude, and good time management skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Experience of general management
Experience in workshop facilitation
Knowledge and experience of sustainable-theatre making
Knowledge and experience with the following programmes
Quickbooks
Mailchimp
Canva
Zoom
Squarespace
Google Workspace
